There was an existing website that was plain, simple, and didn’t offer much information. In addition to that, there is also a website offered by another company that is out of their control and didn’t like the way it looked and wanted to add in their own information on it without having to go through hoops to get changes made. They wanted a sub-site as well to separate their agriculture and turf divisions to put relevant information in the correct places.
To create what they wanted, I knew the simplest way to manage two websites was to use the WordPress network multi-site. This way there could be two independent sites but manage them from one location. To better suit their needs, it also needed to be mobile friendly so customers could view current inventory while on the go.
